Introduction DNA Discovery
We take you on a journey to search for your unique corporate or organizational DNA.
It provides an authentic distinctiveness that is impossible or difficult to copy and provides a clear guide for all current and future decisions of the company and its employees. We therefore believe that your DNA is the engine of your distinctiveness. We also always take all the information and process it each time for each subsequent session. This results in a common language and a framework for thinking and working that is deployed at your pace.
Organization DNA Discovery
The organizational DNA is always the first module and forms, so to speak, the floorboard of your block game. It is on this plate that we build other dna elements such as customer DNA, employee DNA, proposition, positioning, values, vision and mission. There are several exercises we use such as the Chinese Portrait, R.E.S., the Golden Circle (Why-How-What) and the Character exercise. These exercises are a combination of "association" and "reflection," of imagination and thinking.
Customer DNA Discovery
Not all customers are equal
We will look for your most valuable customer. 'Most valuable' is that customer, whom you wish to get, because he or she has a strong affinity with your company. And, here's the good news, there are more than enough of them that comply.
So you don't have to target "everyone. Contrary to what some believe, a broad market approach gives the opposite effect. Too many customers, who don't fit your organization, leads to less results, more costs, more employee frustration and keeps you away from those core customers. In fact, those core customers always get less attention because they demand less attention.
We're going to determine your core customer. Not just by looking at objective, obvious, criteria such as revenue, size, sector, margin, geographic location. We also create a powerful mental picture of the client based on objective criteria.
Unique offer Discovery
'You stand for nothing if you try to stand for everything and everyone'. This is what Jos Burgers so beautifully formulates as strategic herd behavior. Pretty much doing what everyone else is doing.
Many entrepreneurs exhibit exactly this behavior. Entrepreneurs are the proverbial cow, customers the grass. In the search for grass, we look where the other cows are. In plain language: we look at what competitors are doing and start doing exactly the same thing. By nature, this makes one feel safe. Because if so many others do it this way, it must be right. But one thing is for sure, once you stand among those other cows, you notice that there is a lot of "sh*t" in particular.
What is your place in the meadow? Where are the competitors grazing? In what business are we not only more than good, but more importantly distinctive?
We will look for your distinctiveness so that you certainly won't get sucked into a wild prize pool in the middle of the meadow. More than that, the moment you have found and defined that distinct place, then you are ready to also make a distinctive proposition to those customers who see you "standing apart. Then again, if they have the "ideal" profile, they recognize you right away. Seems utopian, but it is possible.
From employees to fellow workers Discovery
Who doesn't dream of that? The ideal employee has the DNA of the company he works for in his blood and also carries it out as an ambassador. However, this is not a given.
Together we determine how to activate the company's DNA in everyone. To that end, we first determine what all we can do to make the DNA live from hiring to parting. Both to the individual and to the entire team. In addition, we also determine how to convert the core values into observable behaviors that can then be used in a DNA 360° feedback & feed-forward.
Customized DNA Discovery
We have the various Discoveries (modules) available. Which ones we use? depends on the objective and demand of the client. We will always - whatever the objective or question - require at least 2 sessions for the organizational DNA. That is always the basis, regardless of the configuration chosen.
In all configurations whether just organizational DNA or a combination, each module concludes with the formulation of a "DNA" statement.
